Job Summary

Seeking individual experienced in all facets of reverse mortgage and traditional mortgage banking and brokerage to assist in building business from bottom up. Must have at least 3 years of experience in the reverse mortgage business and a minimum of 5 years experience in the traditional mortgage business. Experience should include all facets of sales, marketing and business administration of mortgage banking and brokering.

Compensation

• Consulting contract fee to be determined.

Executive Loan Officer

Job Summary

Seeking individual experienced in the reverse mortgage brokerage business as a loan officer or office manager. Must have at least 2 years of experience in the reverse mortgage business. Traditional mortgage banking and brokerage experience preferred, but not required. Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring new reverse mortgage loan officers in addition to personal production.

Compensation

• 70% Commission
• 5% Recruiting and Mentoring compensation
  Hiring bonus negotiable

• Advise, educate and determine suitability of reverse mortgage for client
• Complete application process with client
• Send application to home office for processing
• Maintain regular contact with client during processing

• At least 1 year of experience as a reverse mortgage loan officer
• Must present evidence of a proven track record
• Good communication and writing skills
• Respond to client needs in a timely and professional manner
• Own a computer (preferably laptop) with internet access, fax and printer

Compensation

• 70% Commission
