Steps to helping your client obtain a Reverse Mortgage
After you have discovered us through our website, an invitational seminar, referral or through some other media outlet, take the following steps:
Step One - Contact us at (877) 449-4535 to request basic information about reverse mortgages and receive answers to your questions. We will also send you our reverse mortgage marketing package.
Step Two - Review the basic material with your client. Then, schedule an educational conference call for all parties involved with one of our advisors. It is recommended that you are present during the educational call. During the call, your client will receive a comprehensive explanation of the benefits of a reverse mortgage as well as a personal reverse mortgage analysis and an overview of the process.
Step Three - When your client is ready to proceed with the reverse mortgage, our advisor will assist in coordinating the mandatory reverse mortgage counseling session with an independent third party. Instructions regarding the completion of the application will be given at this time.
Step Four - When it is time for the closing, our advisor will notify you of the closing and funding dates. After the reverse mortgage closes, you are then able to assist your client with your financial plan.
