Senior Reverse Mortgage Advisor I
Part-time or full-time

Job Summary

• Meet with Seniors and clearly present and answer questions about reverse mortgages
• Assist Seniors in completing an application to obtain a reverse mortgage
• Send application to home office for processing
• Maintain regular contact with client during processing
• Must be able to participate with another Reverse Mortgage Advisor in putting on seminars
• With the guidance and assistance of a manager, must be able to recruit and develop a small team of advisors to work below you.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to learn the basics of the reverse mortgage product
• Prior business or professional experience a plus but not necessary
• Ability to respond to Seniors needs in a timely and professional manner

Compensation

• 70% Commission
• 5% Override Recruiting and Mentoring Compensation
• Incentive/Bonuses

Senior Reverse Mortgage Advisor II
Part-time
