MoneyIdeas For Mature Adults is a HUD approved mortgage brokerage firm headquartered in San Jose, California. We are licensed to conduct business in California, Arizona, Colorado, Missouri, South Carolina and Kentucky. Licensing is pending in Tennessee, Hawaii and Indiana.
The executive team has over 47 years of combined experience in the areas of sales, marketing, and management of real estate, real estate mortgages and estate and financial planning. Over the past 12 years, they have focused on senior financial products.
